Spectacular set of bold blue felt tip signatures, “Paul McCartney,” “John Lennon,” “George Harrison,” and “Ringo Starr,” on an 8 x 6.5 off-white sheet bearing part of an original call sheet from the film Help! on the reverse, including the stand-ins for all four Beatles and other cast members, as well as other requirements for the day’s shooting. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from the daughter of the original recipient, film extra Manny Michaels, explaining that Michaels “got small parts on the stage of West End Theaters. When the Beatles were making the film at Shepperton Studios, Manny was an extra and he knew that I was mad about the Beatles. He managed to get their autographs and passed them to my father who gave them to me.” Horizontal fold touching Lennon’s and (very slightly) McCartney’s last names, a few tiny creases, and faint show-through of printed text on reverse, otherwise fine, clean, bright condition.
