Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Delaware (1734–1817) who later served as Revolutionary War officer, delegate to the Continental Congress, and Governor of Pennsylvania. Ink signature, “Your very obedient servant, Tho M:Kean,” on an off-white 6.25 x 1.75 slip.
