Time Out of Mind CD signed on the disc in black felt tip. The consignor notes that the signature was acquired in person after a concert in Austria. The album, Dylan’s 30th studio effort, was released in 1997. For fans and critics, it marked Dylan’s artistic comeback after struggling with his musical identity throughout the 1980s. Upon the release of the album, the first to include original material since 1990’s Under the Red Sky, it was hailed as one of Dylan’s best, and it went on to win three Grammy awards, including Album of the Year.
