Description

Prominent American industrialist (1849–1919) who served as president of U.S. Steel and assembled a world-class art collection now housed in the New York museum that bears his name. DS, signed “H. C. Frick,” three pages, 8.5 x 14, June 24, 1903. An agreement related to the amendment of a lease with the Pennsylvania Railroad. Countersigned by Frick’s wife, Adelaide H. C. Frick. Housed in its original paper folder. In very good condition, with soiling, wrinkling, and handling wear. The signature is large, dark, and unaffected. R&R COA.
