Hand-addressed and free franked panel, measuring 4.5 x 3.25 folded, addressed in Van Buren’s hand to “Henry Horne, Esq., Philadelphia,” and franked in the upper right, “Free, M. Van Buren.” Panel also bears a “Free” stamp and a March 16, Kinderhook, New York cancellation.
