Original brad-bound “revised final” script for Rooster Cogburn, 114 pages, signed in ballpoint on the title page “Good luck, John Wayne.” The script has also been signed by five others involved in the production, including producer Hal Wallis. Accompanied by a pictorial letter of authenticity from the original owner, who explains that he worked as a river guide on the Rogue River in southern Oregon during production of the film, at which time he obtained the signatures. In very good condition, with cover soiled, creased, and detached, and signed page with creasing and wrinkling, tears at binding holes, light soiling, and faint stain from cover lightly touching first letter of Wayne’s signature, which is otherwise unaffected.
