Partly printed DS as president, one page on vellum, 15.25 x 9, April 14, 1825. A grant for a parcel of land in Cahaba, Alabama, issued to Francis Lewis, assignee of John Binion. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left. Accompanied by an antique portrait engraving.
