But your remembering me so thoughtfully made the day a very special one—filled with thoughts of the future rather than the past. Mrs. Nixon joins me in sending our very best wishes for the New Year.” Accompanied by a printed souvenir photo captioned “Richard Nixon on his seventieth birthday, January 9, 1983.” In very good condition, with scattered pinholes, soiling, and handling wear, no faults affecting the signature.
