In full: “Our six-cylinder engine has passed its test in the Department of Commerce for an A.T.C., and it has occurred to us that perhaps you might be interested in the engine. Therefore we are sending you under separate cover, a brief description of the motor, and would like your comments as to whether or not there is anything we could do to aid you in your program….” Staple hole and a hint of mild handling wear, otherwise fine, bright condition.
