Accompanied by a short ALSO from James Gallagher, on the back of his business card, reading, “The checks signed by Wm. McKinley, Jr. were given me by his father in the year 1890 at Canton O.” In very good condition, with cancellation cut to center, ink blot to body, mounting remnants to three corners, and a pencil notation near bottom.
