Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania (1739–1813). Manuscript DS, signed twice “Geo. Clymer,” one page on vellum, approximately 29 x 16.5, April 3, 1800. A quitclaim deed for a parcel of Pennsyvania land willed to Clymer by his grandfather and transferred to Anthony Morris. Three wax seals remain intact at lower right. In good condition, with intersecting folds, scattered toning, soiling, and wrinkling, and a few strokes of Clymer’s signatures light (but fully legible) due to the fineness of his quill. Auction LOA John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and R&R COA.
