Beard of the District of Columbia an “Associate Judge of the District of Columbia Court of General Sessions.” Signed at the bottom in black ink by Johnson, and countersigned by his acting Attorney General. In fine condition, with document affixed to an identical size piece of artist’s board, and a bit of trivial edge toning. The gold seal is intact and bright.
