Vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 photo of Eisenhower at his desk, signed and inscribed in the lower border in fountain pen “For Associate Judge Edward A. Beard, with best wishes, Dwight D. Eisenhower.” Eisenhower nominated Beard for the post of Associate Judge of the Municipal Court for the District of Columbia in 1953. In fine condition, with a bit of scattered light silvering.
