Watson of Utica, N.Y. will present him as a candidate for Regent of the University to fill the vacancy occasioned by the death of George R. Perkins of that city. Dr. Watson is a gentleman of culture, ability, and high personal character who deservedly enjoys the cordial respect and esteem of many of the best people in the state….
