Partly printed DS as president, one page on vellum, 16 x 9.75, November 1, 1830. A grant for a parcel of land in Vermillion County, Indiana issued to Amey Billing, Jr. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left; the reverse bears a small authentication label. In good to very good condition, with intersecting creases (light vertical crease to first letter; a few small separations), wrinkles, scattered soiling and light toning, and last letter of signature rather light but fully legible.
