Signed and inscribed in ballpoint on the inside front cover, “To Mrs. Farmer, Best wishes, John Kennedy.” An ink notation at the lower edge indicates that the signature was obtained at the Portland Sheraton Hotel in May 1960. Housed in a custom clamshell case. In very good condition, with expected light toning to pages, moderate soiling and creasing to covers (a few tape remnants and spots of skinning to back cover), the first page held in place with tape, and small tear to front covers at tail of spine.
