Engraved DS, one page both sides, 14.5 x 7.75, stamp dated September 26, 1898. A certificate for 100 shares of stock in the Chicago Terminal Transfer Railroad Company, issued to Rockefeller and bearing his signature of transfer, “John D. Rockefeller,” on the reverse. The stub remains affixed at the left edge. In very good condition, with skinning to stub, usual punch holes and cancellation ink stamps, trimmed edge, some scattered light toning and soiling, and light brushing to last name. R&R COA.
