John Newton McCormick, the Episcopal Bishop of Western Michigan, is going to France as the representative of the War Commission of the Episcopal Church and desires to get in touch with the chaplains of the Army and Navy, in order to follow up in a pastoral way the boys and young men of the Episcopal Church.
