Program from the 1968 Salute To Jazz Festival, 8.5 x 11, full of photos and articles on the performers, signed and inscribed on the opening page in blue ballpoint by Thelonious Monk, Julian ‘Cannonball’ Adderley, Gary Burton, Herbie Mann, and Dionne Warwick. Also signed inside in ballpoint by Dizzie Gillespie, who signs next to his photo. In fine condition, with some light handling wear and soiling to cover, and some scattered light toning and foxing to signed page, not detracting from all of the bold signatures.
