Three items: Off-white 4.5 x 3.5 engraving of the Executive Mansion, signed in ink “Benj. Harrison”; a similar engraving signed “Caroline Scott Harrison”; and an undated [circa 1892] secretarial letter on black-bordered 4.25 x 6.75 Executive Mansion letterhead, sending thanks from “Genl. Harrison and his family” for “the beautiful tribute of flowers and of the tender expression of sympathy.” Caroline Scott Harrison died while First Lady, on October 25, 1892. All three items are period matted and framed to an overall size of 25 x 9. In very good condition, with moderate toning to all three items and heavy corner crease (possibly broken) to blank corner of Mrs. Harrison’s card. Auction LOA John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and R&R COA.
