Original “Reportrait” of Roosevelt by artist George Haessler, comprising a stippled-ink portrait with a handwritten contribution from the former First Lady, on an off-white 13.75 x 16.75 sheet, signed in blue ink “Eleanor Roosevelt, October 12th, 1959.” Roosevelt provides a word of wisdom for modern youth: “See all you can with a open mind & heart.” The sheet is also signed and dated by Haessler at lower right. In very good condition, with folds and a few wrinkles, light scattered soiling, and light show-through to top portion from glue on reverse (still lightly affixed at one corner to a piece of poster board).
