TLS, one page, 8.25 x 11, Metropolitan letterhead, January 3, 1918. Roosevelt writes to the Rev. Paul R. Hickok in Troy, New York. I not only appreciated your allusions to me, but I thought you dealt with the Germans with exactly the mixture of decision and fairness that was necessary….” Intersecting mailing folds, small chip to one corner, and a touch of mild handling wear, otherwise fine, clean condition. Auction LOA John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and R&R COA.
