The proceedings at Harrisburgh [sic] are truly gratifying & afford a good augur of success. You will find that matter you allude to noticed in my letter to the Harrisburgh Commitee lately, but I shall not fail to embrace the first fitting opportunity to get it perfectly right….” Intersecting mailing folds (touching a few letters of signature), light wrinkling, and light ink smudge to one word, otherwise fine condition.
