Vintage engraved portrait of Eisenhower, 9 x 12, signed and inscribed under his image in black ink, “For Congressman Charles M. Teague, with best wishes and warm regards for a distinguished American. Dwight D. Eisenhower.” Teague served as a representative from California from January 3, 1955, until his death January 1, 1974.
