Lambert “a Chaplain in the Navy.” Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by Secretary of the Navy Levi Woodbury. In good to very good condition, with intersecting folds, two through single letters of Jackson’s signature, Jackson’s signature a couple shades light, but completely legible, several small areas of paper loss along folds, and some scattered toning and soiling.
