Agreement relating to the film Hole In The Head, in part: “If the releases provided for under the basic rights agreement between Sincap Productions and Arnold Schulman…are not delivered by… March 31st, 1958, and you desire to rescind said agreement…each of us will be released from any liability.” Signed at the bottom in blue ink by both Frank Sinatra and Frank Capra.
