Partly printed DS as president, one page on vellum, 14 x 9, November 1, 1830. A grant for a parcel of land in Huntsville, Alabama, issued to Robert H. Hewey. In good to very good condition, with intersecting folds (holes and separations at intersections; vertical fold through first letter of signature, scattered soiling and a few stains (faint, tiny stain just touching last name), and 1967 clerical ink stamp and ballpoint notations at upper right.
