Partially printed DS as president, one page on vellum, 15.5 x 10, November 6, 1823. A grant for a parcel of land in Jackson, Missouri issued to Thomas English. In good condition, with intersecting folds (vertical fold just touching last letter of signature), scattered soiling and wrinkling with a few faint stains, irregular ink adhesion (affecting both text and signature; signature with several strokes that are quite light but still legible), and pencil mark touching first two letters of signature.
