Partially printed DS as president, one page on vellum, 15 x 9, November 1, 1830. A grant for a parcel of land in Cincinnati issued to John Marrs. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left. Matted and framed with a period engraving to an overall size of 29 x 15.5. In very good condition, with intersecting folds (a few small holes along folds, not affecting text; vertical fold through first letter of signature), crease to blank corner, and light wrinkling and rippling.
