Partially printed DS, one page on vellum, 13.25 x 9.25, April 20, 1818. A grant for a parcel of land issued “in pursuance of the Acts of Congress appropriating and granting Land to the late Army of the United States, passed on and since the sixth day of May, 1812,” to Alvin Hight, “private in Crane’s Company of Artillery.” In very good condition, with intersecting storage folds, scattered light wrinkling and soiling, and a few light stains.
