Vintage cloth-bound autograph album, 6 x 4.5, containing approximately thirty-six signatures collected by radio station WGAN in Portland, Maine, circa 1938–40. Most of the pages are single sided and include affixed photos; a number of the signatures are on affixed slips or other items. Among the more prominent signers: Rudy Vallée, H. V. Kaltenborn, Horace Heidt, Paul Whiteman, Edward Everett Horton, Eddy Duchin, Jimmie Lunceford, Clem McCarthy, Alvino Rey, Patricia Morison, Frank Crumit and Julia Sanderson, Brian Donlevy, Helen and Bill Hayes, Elissa Landi, Gene Tunney, and Fred Allen (pencil). In very good to fine condition, with scattered light soiling and toning, and a few signatures with brushes, wrinkles, or close trimming. R&R COA.
