One of the greatest female athletes of all time, she was an All-American basketball player, an All-Star track and field athlete and a fine golfer. Vintage pencil signature, “Babe Zaharias,” on a light green 3 x 5 card. Impressively suede matted and framed with a hardcover copy of Striving to be Champion and a photo of Zaharias teeing off on the golf course, to an overall size of 19 x 25. Consignor notes that signature was originally obtained in June of 1949 at a celebrity golf tournament at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, Virginia.
