Writer’s cramp? Eighty words in George Washington’s hand

Partial handwritten unsigned document, 9 x 3.25, all in Washington’s hand, apparently taken from a land document. Washington writes “above the pond spring on or near the boundary line, three white oaks, thence with said line South 86 1/2 East 86 poles to Pointers, thence N 63 E 962 poles to a white oak crossing Opossum creek twice, thence N. 38 W. 390 poles crossing the said creek to a white oak & poplar on the east side of the black lick, thence N 75 E. 1125 poles crossing the veral branches of Opossum creek to two gum saplings corner to Jacob Duval’s Land thence East 1898 crossing.” In fine condition, with document having been professionally silked and a small area of paper loss to top right corner.
