TLS signed “Harry,” one page, 7 x 9, White House letterhead, August 17, 1945. Truman writes to Charles Tucker in his hometown of Independence, Missouri. In full: “It was good of you to send me that fine message from Minnesota and I am especially grateful to both of you for your kind words.
