One of the Hall of Fame’s five original inductees in 1936, Honus Wagner combined rare offensive and defensive excellence throughout a 21-year career. Also was the first baseball player to have his signature branded into a Louisville Slugger baseball bat. MacGregor Ridgewood Sports Shop baseball signed in fountain pen on a side panel, “Honus Wagner,” with a date of 1954, added in another hand to the same side panel. In very good condition, with Wagner’s signature uniformly light, but still legible upon close viewing, a bit of light toning and a PSA/DNA authentication label affixed to a side panel.
