Two items: 1878 bank check, 7.75 x 2.5, filled out and signed “D[aniel] Sickles”; and an ink signature, “Winfd. S. Hancock,” on a 2.75 x 1.5 slip clipped from the closing of a letter. Each item is individually framed and matted with an image of the respective signer. In fine condition, with usual punch and cut cancellations to check and subtle brush to Hancock’s first name.
