Character actor who played Colin Clive’s assistant Fritz in Frankenstein and the lunatic Renfield opposite Béla Lugosi in Dracula. Very rare vintage pencil signature, “Good luck to Bill from Dwight Frye,” on an off-white 4.75 x 7 album page. In very good condition, with moderate overall toning, a bit lighter in the middle.
