A legal document outlining a charge against one John Cook of Taunton, Massachusetts, who “did … on the Lord’s Day … unnecessarily travel thro the said Town of Berkley… [and] in said example … to offend … against the peace of the government & people.” The document is mounted to a slightly larger card and matted with a color print to an overall size of 15 x 20.25.
