Description

“Impregnable” Belgian fortress manned by 1200 Belgian soldiers during World War II. In 1940, it was captured by approximately 78 glider-borne German troops in just a few hours. Two identical 7 x 5 photos of Hitler posing with some of his officers after the capture of Fort Eben Emael, signed in blue ink by Witzig and Delica. In fine condition. R&R COA.
