Included is a copy of a partly printed form from the Office of Deliquent Tax Attorney, City Hall, Independence, Mo., undated, issued to "H. S. Trueman, 219 N. Delaware, City" reporting that his "Independence Personal Taxes" are deliquent and unpaid under the 1919 Statutes of Missouri, and that if Truman promptly remits $5.80 and penalty he can avoid filing of a suit against him.
