Vintage glossy 8.5 x 6.5 Nempix photo of the young Fab Four in their early mod-style collarless suits, signed on the reverse in pencil, “Ringo,” “George,” and “John Len,” and in blue ballpoint, “Paul,” apparently signing for more than just a casual fan, as first names only proved more than sufficient. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Beatles expert Frank Caiazzo, who dates the signatures from late 1963. In very good condition, with light vertical creasing, surface impressions from the signatures showing through to the photo side, and a bit of surface crazing to image side, and just a touch of scattered light soiling to signature side. Taken by renowned photographer Dezo Hoffman, this great photo shows the smiling band members in their matching collarless suits - Paul with a cigarette in his hand, which was used to promote the group’s 1963 - 1964 European tour. Authentically-signed Beatles photos are scarce, and they have continued to escalate in value, proving to be outstanding investments!
