Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Matted with a color portrait, to an overall size of 30 x 16.5. In very good condition, with previous storage folds, some scattered paper loss along one horizontal fold, light wrinkling and Jackson’s signature a shade or two light.
