From the hand of a traitor

One of the most well-known traitors in history, Benedict Arnold was a successful general from Connecticut during the American Revolutionary War -- up until he switched sides and got caught trying to help the British in 1780. Two words in Arnold’s hand, “full of,” on a 1 x .5 irregularly clipped slip clipped from an document dated August 30, 1790. Double matted and framed with a profile portrait of Arnold, a small name plaque and a copy of the original full document, to an overall size of 28 x 19.5. In fine condition. R&R COA. Oversized.
