Souvenir tri-fold children’s menu from the Eye of the Needle restaurant atop the Space Needle in Seattle, Washington. Signed on the lunch menu portion in blue ballpoint, “Elvis Presley.” Reverse of menu bears a blank certificate of recognition for dining atop the Needle. Consignor notes that the signature was obtained during the Seattle World’s Fair back in 1962 when Elvis Presley was there making his movie, It Happened At the World’s Fair. A friend of his mother was a Seattle Police Officer so he got Elvis Presley to sign the dinner menu while up in the Needle. Consignor also states that there is only two of them in the world because the Seattle Police Officer got one for his wife too. In very good condition, with scattered light toning, a couple small water drops to opening and closing stroke of signature and a few light creases to bottom. LOA Roger Epperson/PSA/DNA and R&R COA.
