LS signed “Wm. McKinley, Jr.,” one page, 5.25 x 8.25, McKinley’s law office letterhead, February 14, 1984. McKinley writes to historian J. M. Dalzell in Caldwell, Ohio. In part: “I thank you for your congratulations and will communicate with the national committee about you. Your suggestions are good ones and ought to be followed.” In very good condition, with light allover wrinkling, a few faint spots, trimmed edges, and tape remnant along one edge of reverse.
