Signed on the second page in red ballpoint by Bowie, and signed on the last page in ballpoint by the members of Tin Machine. In fine condition, with punch holes to left edge and a staple to top left. The aspiring rock star needed to use a different stage name to avoid confusion with Davy Jones of The Monkees, so he chose the last name Bowie after the Alamo hero Jim Bowie and his famous Bowie knife.
