Vintage 4.5 x 6.5 photo of a formally dressed Ike and Mamie on a 6.25 x 9.25 mount, signed and inscribed in fountain pen on the mount, “For: Mrs. and Mrs. Robert Westheimer with best wishes, Dwight D. Eisenhower” and “Mamie Eisenhower.” A printed caption in the right margin notes that the photo was taken on board the R.M.S. Queen Elizabeth. In very good condition, with faint crazing and scratches to image (visible mainly from an angle), a touch of mild scattered soiling to mount, and faint fingerprint to Mamie’s first name.
