Mifflin,” one page, 21.25 x 11, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania letterhead, July 14, 1794. Governor Mifflin grants Peter Sefsley a 215 acre tract of land called Greenfield, signed on the left side “Tho. Mifflin,” under the official paper seal. In very good condition, with some light skipping to signature, some light toning and wrinkling and previous storage folds. All three paper seals are intact.
