DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 9.75, December 1, 1830. A document granting a parcel of land in Steubenville, Ohio to Andrew Anderson. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left. In fine condition, with mild soiling, a few tiny edge chips, and very slight irregularity to ink adhesion. The signature is generally quite clear and measures nearly 7″ in length!
