Díaz has signed as President of Mexico on the second page of each document. Accompanied by two hand-drawn mining-related schematics, both also in Spanish. In fine condition overall, with partial separations and a few tears along folds and mild scattered soiling and wrinkling. The signatures are large and distinct. R&R COA.
